Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 24, 2026 • Apple Standard EULA Compliant

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of StreamVector ("the Application" or "Service"), developed by Vojin Lekovic ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using StreamVector from the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use StreamVector on compatible Apple-branded iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Application.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of StreamVector.
  • Distribute, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application to third parties.
  • Use the Application for any unlawful, harassing, or unauthorized purpose.

2. User Content & Broadcasting Rights

StreamVector serves as a production tool for sports broadcasting, scoreboard capture, and live streaming. You are solely responsible for all video, audio, logos, scoreboard data, and multimedia content broadcast or recorded through your devices:

  • Venue & League Authorization: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and parental or school consents required to film, record, and publicly broadcast players, coaches, referees, spectators, and sporting venues.
  • Music & Copyrighted Audio: Background venue music, arena sounds, and copyrighted tracks are subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws on live streaming platforms.

3. YouTube & Third-Party Streaming Services

StreamVector allows you to stream video to YouTube Live and other streaming endpoints.

YouTube Terms of Service Compliance: By utilizing the YouTube Live integration features in StreamVector, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

StreamVector is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube. We are not liable for any account suspension, copyright strikes, stream terminations, or service interruptions imposed by YouTube or any third-party streaming platform.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (StoreKit)

StreamVector provides free core broadcasting features, with optional auto-renewable subscriptions for advanced capabilities (StreamVector Pro):

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the specified rate.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
  • Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to Apple App Store policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

STREAMVECTOR IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NETWORK UPTIME, OR UNINTERRUPTED BROADCAST TRANSMISSION.

Because mobile streaming relies on venue cellular reception, local Wi-Fi conditions, hardware thermals, and battery levels, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, glitch-free broadcasts. Users are encouraged to verify local cellular coverage and test their setup prior to critical games.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOJIN LEKOVIC OR STREAMVECTOR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BROADCAST FOOTAGE, REVENUE, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
